I started using the MilSpec formulas aromatherapy with the intention to facilitate a regulation of my nervous system, hoping to ease severe and unrelenting sciatic nerve pain. 

I have been using the oils and following the guided protocols to engage all five senses every morning for about two months now. The pain is basically nonexistent but that is only a small part of what has changed for me. All of my senses are heightened and I am feeling more than ever in my life, physically and emotionally.

I have never wanted to take better care of myself. My body and mind have shifted into a response mode. I am naturally taking the necessary time and care to prepare myself for everything that is up next for me, providing presence and peace of mind in my activity. Ironically, I now have more time than ever!  

I am able to view my various activities and responsibilities with basically equal importance simply because they are the things I need and want to do, providing even more joy from my most desired activities. Synchronicities are abounding daily and all of my interactions and relationships are closer than ever. Love is ever-present in all areas of my life. I can't recommend this enough! 

I am now feeling completely at home in this beautiful body of mine. Thank you, Adora!
