What is a Frequency Flow™?


A Flow is a guided mini-ritual that draws on a handful of proven tools, combined differently depending on what you need:

  • Guided focus: a short prompt that settles the mind and brings your attention back to the present.
  • Breathwork: paced breathing that calms the stress response.
  • Aromatic Neural Repatterning™ (ANR™): targeted essential-oil blends that support emotional release and a felt sense of calm.
  • Reflective journaling: a quick note to anchor the shift and set your intention.
  • Sensory grounding: simple cues that bring you back through sight, sound, scent, touch, and taste.

Shorter Flows use one or two of these. Longer ones layer several. A 30-second reset and a ten-minute evening ritual aren't the same practice, and they're not meant to be.
